The Grassi family carries out production and trade activities in the food market offering exclusively Sicilian products.
The company was born on the slopes of Etna, when in 1800 Salvatore Grassi, owner of an ancient stone mill, driven by a deep passion for this work, with great entrepreneurial spirit purchased the first steam boiler from Brown & May Engineers.
In the following years the business expanded from wine production to oil production.
Today, after more than a century, the family is dedicated to the production of citrus jams, preserves and honey from organic farming.
